In today’s Gospel, Jesus reveals Himself as the living Bread come down from heaven. He does not simply give something; He gives Himself. In the Eucharist we find strength, comfort, and new life. Let us entrust ourselves to Him with simple and grateful hearts.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Lord Jesus,
living Bread come down from heaven,
when the journey becomes difficult,
remain the nourishment of my soul.
May I never seek elsewhere
what only You can give.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the mystery of the Eucharist,
You make Yourself near and present.
Open my eyes
to recognize the greatness of Your love
hidden in the simplicity of the consecrated bread.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When my heart grows weary,
seat me at Your table.
Like a fresh spring in the desert,
may Your presence renew my hope
and strengthen my faith.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Give me the desire to meet You often.
May the Holy Communion I receive
become charity in action,
patience in trials,
and peace in my relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And in moments of weakness,
remind me of Your promise of eternal life.
Lead me each day closer to You,
until I behold You
in the glory of Heaven.
