He is the living Bread who gives His flesh for the life of the world. Participating in the Eucharist is not merely remembering Jesus, but truly receiving His presence, which nourishes the soul and strengthens the journey of faith. Those who unite themselves to Christ receive the life that comes from God and find the strength to love, forgive, and persevere in hope.

PRACTICAL APPLICATION

Attend Holy Mass with greater attention and devotion.

Spend a few minutes in adoration or prayer before the tabernacle.

Thank Jesus after receiving Holy Communion with simple words.

Perform a concrete act of charity toward someone in need.

Read and meditate on the Gospel of the day before beginning your daily activities.

QUESTIONS FOR REFLECTION

Do I truly believe that Jesus is present in the Eucharist?

How much space do I give to prayer before the Lord?

When have I experienced the strength that comes from God?

Does Holy Communion transform the way I live?

What concrete step can I take to draw closer to Jesus?

In today’s Gospel, Jesus reveals Himself as the living Bread come down from heaven.
