Father of heaven and earth,
we bless You because You love to reveal Yourself to those who walk in humility,
far from the illusions of self-sufficiency and human pride.
Lord Jesus, meek and humble,
give us the heart of a child to welcome Your Word,
free of defenses and eager to be shaped by Your Grace.
Spirit of Truth,
free us from the desire to understand everything with reason alone
and open us to the mystery of total trust in Your divine plan.
Guard our steps from all vain earthly wisdom,

- Give thanks for the gift of faith: Before starting your day, thank God for the free gift of faith received without any merit.
- Relinquish control: Hand over to the Lord a complex situation that you are trying to solve using only your rational strength.
