The Boundless Forgiveness Healing the Heart
Human mercy has limits, but God’s does not. The Lord canceled an unpayable debt for us. Now we are called to open our arms and offer that same mercy.
Merciful Father, who forgive our sins endlessly,
melt the hardness of our hearts when faced with offenses.
Teach us to forgive seventy times seven without counting the cost.
Jesus, our Redeemer, who prayed for mercy upon the Cross,
remind us how deeply we were loved and forgiven first.
Deliver us from bitterness that poisons our souls.
Holy Spirit, gift of peace and inner healing,
turn our emotional wounds into channels of grace.
Grant our families the strength to begin fresh every day.
May Your compassion guide our thoughts and actions today.
Fill us with the joy of living free from hatred and resentment.
