Today Jesus addresses us with words of profound intimacy and hope. Presenting Himself as the true vine, He reminds us that the essence of Christian life lies in remaining united with Him. Without this divine sap, all our efforts wither, but by abiding in His love, we bear abundant fruit.

Supreme Source of all Grace,
Father and wise Vinedresser of our existence,
mercifully prune the dry branches of our pride
and guard our soul in Your truth.

Lord Jesus,
true and fruitful Vine,
grant that we may never detach ourselves from You
for in You alone dwells the sap of everlasting life.

Holy Spirit,
lifegiving and fruitful breath,
water the furrows of our dry heart
and transform it into soil capable of generating sincere charity.

Grant us the grace to abide in Your Love,
overcoming the temptation of self-sufficiency and doubt,
to be bright and credible witnesses of the Gospel.

Receive our humble prayer,
make our life an offering pleasing to the Father,
and grant us the joy of bearing lasting fruit for Your Kingdom.
